Emtel Enamelled Wire and Cable Industry Inc. began its journey in 1974 in Karaköy, Istanbul, as a small workshop with an annual production capacity of just 40 tons. From day one, our vision has been clear: to add value to copper and make quality a tradition.

As demand grew and technology advanced, we moved our operations to the Birlik Industrial Site in Ümraniye in 1985, expanding our capacity and reinforcing our position in the industry. During this period, our commitment to excellence became the foundation of everything we produced.

The year 2000 marked a turning point for Emtel. With the inauguration of our modern production facility in the Dudullu Organized Industrial Zone, our production volume multiplied. We enhanced our technological infrastructure and laboratory capabilities, achieving full compliance with international quality standards.

Starting in 2004, we stepped into global markets and carried out our first exports. Our dedication to superior quality soon made Emtel a recognized and trusted name worldwide.

Between 2014 and 2017, our export network expanded across five continents and more than 40 countries, while our annual production capacity reached 4,200 tons—solidifying our leadership in the sector.

In the 2020s, we accelerated our digital transformation, launching our e-commerce infrastructure, modernizing automation systems, and reinforcing our commitment to sustainable production.

Today, with over half a century of experience, Emtel continues its journey with a vision built on quality, reliability, and continuous improvement. With our expanding production power, innovative approach, and customer-centric philosophy, we proudly stand as a trusted brand both in Turkey and around the world.
